Aquamarine comes with sterile single-use tips with two lengths to fit your treatment plan. The standard UniTip 320µm is suitable for perio and EndoTip 200µm for endo procedures.
ActiveTip 8mm glass rod is suitable for single tooth whitening and biostimulation. It is autoclavable for maximum safety and hygiene for you and your patient.
The fibre cutter is available when you need to adjust the length of the tip should you need to customise the treatment further.
The effectiveness of the laser beam is strongly influenced by the laser wavelength’s degree of absorption in different tissue components. Due to the very low absorption in water, less heat is transferred to the surrounding tissue, leading to more thermal control and gentler treatments.

Laser allows for almost bloodless surgical procedures to be performed more efficiently with less pain and higher visibility. Due to low energy and 445nm wavelength used by Aquamarine, carbonisation and thermal damage to surrounding tissue are minimised, while cutting is faster.
Aquamarine can also be used as supplementary therapy for improved germ and bacteria reduction in in the periodontal pocket, in addition to conventional scaling and root planning.
The diode laser can also be used as additional therapy in endodontics after conventional rinsing to effectively reduce germs in the root canal in areas a rinsing fluid cannot reach.
Thanks to its 445nm wavelength, with higher absorption in haemoglobin, cutting is faster and requires much less power. The result is treatment with minimised thermal damage and increased efficiency.
