Country Sales Manager – Scandinavia

Committed to excellence, we are currently looking for a high-quality individual to join our team as Country Sales Manager for Scandinavia region.

Responsibilities:

In line with the above the job holder will:

  • Growing sales and market share in the relevant territory
  • Stand-alone position to enter designed market for FONA
  • Establishing and maintaining a strong and committed dealer network
  • Providing lead and guidance to dealers and their sales efforts in the assigned markets
  • Supporting and operating an on-going Product / Sales Training Programme for Dealers and Sales Representatives
  • Implementation and Execution of Marketing activities and Sales campaigns
  • Ensuring FONA presence at Exhibitions and Trade fairs
  • Implementation and roll-out of a defined action and sales plan for all business areas (treatment units, imaging, laser and instruments) in order to gain significant market share in all relevant key countries
  • Reporting to Head of Sales NW Europe

Requirements:

  • Located in agreed territory
  • University degree in Business and Economics
  • 5 years of experience holding an international sales role primarily in the dental/ medical industry
  • Proven track record in selling preferably technical or medical products through distribution channels
  • Ability to identify and drive sales opportunities independently and maintain high standard customer relationship
  • Ideally experience in implementing new products/brands to a foreign/new mark
  • High level of self-motivation and entrepreneurial approach
  • High sales drive with technical background as a benefit
  • Natural sensitivity for different cultures and mentalities within local business environment
  • Considering a start-up structure as excellent personal and professional career opportunity
  • Willingness to travel
  • Apart from local language, fluency in English, is a must
